For all first time colour guests, I require a quick pre-appointment form! It helps me get a feel for your hair goals and make sure we’re aligned before we get started.

CANCELATION POLICY

I kindly request a 48-hour notice to reschedule, change, or cancel an appointment. Since the salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays, cancellations for Tuesday appointments must be made before closing time on Saturday via phone, or by direct message (Instagram only) over the weekend.

For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, I will make every effort to fill your appointment slot with another guest. If successful, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation Fees:

  • A 50% charge of the appointment cost will be applied for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.

  • A 100% charge of the appointment cost will be applied for less than 24 hours notice and no-show appointments.

The client will not be able to book future appointments until the outstanding fee is settled.

All fees are subject to the discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Your satisfaction is my priority. If you're unhappy with your hair following your visit, please contact me within 10 days of your service for an adjustment. I reserve the right to assess eligibility for adjustments on a case-by-case basis, and only one complimentary fix will be provided.

  • YES PLEASE! It gives us a chance to get to know each other and calms nerves when seeing a new stylist. During this consultation, we can go over expectations, budget, hair care, as well as any other questions you may have.

  • No, currently my passion lies in colour services so I am not offering bridal hair at this time.

  • I do not currently offer a waitlist as most last-minute appointments are based on cancellations or rescheduling. The best place to watch for these last minute spots is on instagram @kamithecolourist

  • I am currently not accepting new men’s haircut clients and will be transitioning away from men’s services as I continue specializing in colour.
